Chennai, Tamil Nadu – Every great building starts with a vision, but it is built by hands.
For decades, architectural awards have celebrated the visionaries—the Architects and Designers who dream up spaces. We applaud them, and rightly so. But in the shadow of every towering structure and every heritage restoration, there is a Civil Engineer who solved the structural puzzle, a Mason whose plastering has lasted generations, and a Carpenter whose chisel carved the identity of the home.
Today, Thali Connect is proud to change the narrative.
We are officially announcing the launch of the Thali Architecture & Construction Awards (TACA) 2026—the first award platform in Tamil Nadu dedicated to honoring the entire construction ecosystem, from the Principal Architect to the Site Supervisor.
The Mission: “Honoring the Hands That Build”
The Thali Awards are not just about aesthetics; they are about Execution. A beautiful drawing that leaks during the monsoon is not good architecture. A stunning facade that cracks in a year is not good engineering.
TACA 2026 seeks to identify and reward the professionals who deliver Quality, Durability, and Integrity. We are looking for the “Unsung Heroes” of our industry who usually don’t get the spotlight.
